Chef Brian Dietz offers the finest private dining experience in North Texas. Chef Dietz has over thirty years experience as an executive chef and has specialized in upscale seafood and steakhouse cuisine.
He has worked in some of the finest restaurants from San Francisco to Dallas including Eddie V's Prime Seafood, Pappa's Brothers Steakhouse, the Oceanaire, and Cafe Pacific. Chef Dietz has a degree from Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco in Classic French and International Cuisine, as well as the Oriental cooking school in Bangkok, Thailand. He has served on the faculty of Collin College Culinary teaching Garde Manger and Advanced Food Preparation.
Chef Dietz has earned two James Beard Awards and has appeared in numerous TV spots on ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, and TXCN. He has also been featured in The Dallas Morning News, Texas Monthly, Nations Restaurant News, and Seafood Business.
Chef Dietz has transitioned his service to small private events and home cooked meals on a weekly basis. Chef Dietz has all required licensure including ServSafe, Health Department, and Metro Eatz is insured.
